This 6-hour in-person defensive driving course (DDC) is required for employees, students, and volunteers who drive GSU owned vehicles for GSU business. The course will help you acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become a defensive driver. You must bring your valid driver’s license with you to the class. Active participation is expected. Attendance and punctuality are required to receive a certificate. You may receive an insurance discount. Check with your agent/carrier for further details. The in-person DDC is valid for a period of 3 years at which time you will need to retake the course.
