The Personal Transportation Vehicle (PTV) course is required for employees, students, and volunteers who drive GSU-owned golf carts and gem cars. This course emphasizes safety and proper procedures when operating a PTV. A PTV certificate is issued for successfully completing the online component. Additionally, you will be required to complete and submit a motor vehicle record (MVR) authorization form and submit it to Safety & Risk Management along with a copy of your driver’s license in order to gain clearance to drive GSU-owned PTVs.
